Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Formation of Contract

These T&Cs apply to all sales contracts between Rayan Djouimai (hereinafter 'Seller') and the customer via the online shop atxbzc-uz.myshopify.com. The contract is concluded upon dispatch of the order confirmation by email.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices in Euros, including statutory VAT. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA direct debit.

3. Delivery Conditions

All products are handmade and ready for dispatch. Orders are usually shipped on the same business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery time is then approx. 3–5 business days within Europe.

Currently, we only ship within Europe. Shipping is free for orders over €99. For orders below this value, shipping costs will be transparently displayed during the checkout process before purchase completion.

Please note: Stated delivery times are indicative and not binding delivery dates, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment.

5. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. As each product is individually handcrafted, minor deviations from the product photo may occur — these do not constitute a defect claim.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper handling of the product.

7. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of performance is Berlin.
