Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs. Since each frame is individually handcrafted, withdrawal is excluded for personalized products.

Declaring Withdrawal

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than within 14 days. You bear the costs of returning the goods.
